Applicable to all Blue Sky Golf Rental websites, apps, and rental territories in the United States.

This Privacy Policy explains how Blue Sky Golf Rental (“BSG,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information collected through our U.S. websites, apps, and rental services, regardless of which U.S. territory or location you book through. This Policy is issued by BSGR US Franchising, Inc., a Delaware corporation, on behalf of the Blue Sky Golf Rental system in the United States. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in our Terms and Conditions and Cookie Policy.
We may update this Policy from time to time; changes will be posted here with a revised “Effective Date.”
1. Information We Collect
a. Identifiers — name, email, phone number, mailing address.
b. Payment Information — processed through a secure third-party payment processor; BSG does not store full card numbers.
c. Booking and Rental Information — booking history, rental preferences, and territory/location booked.
d. Device and Usage Information — collected via cookies and similar technologies, described in our Cookie Policy.
e. Information you provide voluntarily — through surveys, promotions, or customer support.
2. How We Use Information
a. To provide, operate, and improve our rental services across all U.S. territories.
b. To send promotional communications, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act and applicable law.
c. To conduct customer surveys and market research.
d. To personalize your experience on our websites and apps.
3. How We Share Information
BSG does not sell personal information for money. We may share information with:
a. Service providers who support our operations (payment processing, delivery/logistics, customer support, email delivery), under contractual confidentiality and use restrictions.
b. Advertising partners, through Targeting Cookies as described in our Cookie Policy — this may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under some state laws; see Section 6 below.
c. Professional advisors (accountants, auditors, attorneys) as necessary.
d. Government authorities, where required by law, or to protect BSG's rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
e. A successor entity, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.
f. Franchisees and territory operators within the Blue Sky Golf Rental system, solely as needed to fulfill your booking and provide services at your chosen location.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy, which is incorporated into this Policy by reference.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes.
6. Your Privacy Rights

Rather than tailoring this section state by state — which would require frequent updates as more states pass their own privacy laws — BSG extends the following core rights to all U.S. customers, regardless of state of residence:

b. Right to Delete — request deletion of personal information we've collected, subject to certain legal exceptions.
c. Right to Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
d. Right to Opt Out — opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, including via Targeting Cookies, as described in our Cookie Policy.
e. Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
f. Right to Appeal — request review of a denied privacy request by contacting us as described in Section 10.

7. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in a manner inconsistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Per our Terms and Conditions, the Renter who books a rental must be 18 years of age or older.
8. Marketing Communications
You may opt out of promotional emails anytime via the unsubscribe link in each email, or by contacting us. If BSG contacts customers by phone or text for marketing, such contact will be made consistent with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), which generally requires prior express consent for autodialed or prerecorded marketing calls and texts.
9. Security
We maintain reasonable physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, consistent with the state of incorporation of BSGR US Franchising, Inc.
